Physical SIM Card
When you choose our service, you’ll receive a physical SIM card, securely packaged and delivered straight to your premises. If you’re already with another mobile provider, we’ve made switching straightforward - you have two simple options: keep your current number, or start fresh.

- To keep your number (PAC)
1. Text PAC to 65075 to request your Porting Authorisation Code.
2. You’ll receive an SMS with your PAC code (valid for 30 days), plus any early termination charges or pay-as-you-go balance.
3. Provide this PAC code to us when activating your new SIM - we’ll arrange the port and migrate your number in one working day
